Refund Policy

If you accidentally send extra funds during the deposit process, the excess amount will be refunded to you. A client must submit a refund request within 7 days of the work completion. The refund request must include a detailed description of any errors or issues with the work, along with relevant evidence (such as screenshots or communication records).
